16 As evening came,

they bore
to him

many*
demon-possessed,
and

he cast out*
the spirits by
a word,
 and all*
those doing badly*

he healed,

17 that what was
spoken through
Isaiah the prophet
might be fulfilled,
saying: He himself
took our
 sicknesses*
and carried away
our diseases.
32 As evening came,
when the sun had
set,

they bore
to him
all*
those doing badly*
and the
demon-possessed.
33 And the whole
city had gathered
at the door.

34a And

he healed many*
doing badly
with various diseases,*
and
many demons

he cast out.*

{3.11b ...and
they shouted,
saying:
You are the son
of God.
}

34b And he
did not allow
the demons
 to speak,
because they knew
him.
40 But
after
 the sun had
set,
 all*
those who
had any
 sick*
with various diseases*
led them
to him

But he

laid hands on
each one of them and

he healed them.

41 And there were
also
 demons coming
out from
 many,

shouting
and saying:
You are the son
of God.

And he rebuked them
and
did not permit
them
 to speak,
because they knew
him
 to be
the Christ.
